Swan is working in partnership with the residents and the London Borough of Newham, to improve the areas of Forest Gate and the Chatsworth Estate. Swan is delighted to have begun managing these areas under the PFI (Private Finance Initiative) since mid 2008

Who is responsible for what?
In order to help identity who does what, please see the following information;
Forest Gate Resident Panel
Resident representatives attend meetings and raise matters on behalf of the residents within the Forest Gate PFI area.
However, you don’t have to be a member of the panel top attend our monthly meetings, although if you do have issues to raise you will be asked if they have been reported previously.
An opportunity will be given at the end of each meeting for residents to raise their matters.
