Q – How do I get to the tenant portal?
A – From your internet browser enter www.my.swan.org.uk in the address bar at the top of the page and hit the return key.

Q – How do I log on?
A – You will need to setup an account first, in order to do this you will need your tenant reference, this can be found on your most recent rent statement or you can give us a call on 0300 303 2500. Click the register now button and follow the on screen instructions.

Q – What if I forget my password?
A – From the main menu click the ‘I’ve forgotten my password’ link in blue under the login boxes. This will ask you to enter your email address. Enter the email address linked to your account and click the request reminder button, this will send your password to the email address registered on your account.

Q-What if I have forgotten my memorable word?
A – Please contact your housing officer who will have this reset by the IT department and emailed to the account linked with your login.

Q- What if my payment is not showing?
A- The site is updated with the new payments every Tuesday, check your account then, if the payment is still not on the system please contact your housing officer.

Q – I have an error on my screen?
A – Please check your internet connection, you can do this by browsing to another reliable webpage such as www.bbc.co.uk or www.google.co.uk if these are working ok please take a print screen of the error and email this to your housing officer who will pass this on to the IT department to fix the issue.
