Irregular hours can make visiting a Post Office or Bank awkward, and some people are not comfortable with phone or on-line banking. So we are regularly looking into finding alternative ways for you to pay your rent.
Below you will find some of the many options you now have to make paying your rent easier.
|A direct debit is a payment we take direct from your bank or building society account each month. If you would like to pay by direct debit, Call Swan’s Income Team on 0300 303 2500, ask for a form at your local office, or email us at [email protected].We will let you know how much you need to pay each month. Payments also need to be made monthly in advance so that your rent account does not go into arrears.Because the direct debit system saves us money, we can sometimes give you money back if you pay in this way, as long as your rent account is clear and we receive 12 continuous payments.Ask your Housing Office for more details.|
