What equality, diversity and inclusion issues matter most to you?

At Swan equality is about improving real outcomes for the people living in the communities we serve and for our Staff. The promotion of equality is part of the day job and an essential part of providing excellent customer service.

Two years ago, we published our Equality Scheme 2015-2018 demonstrating a corporate commitment to equality and diversity. We are now reviewing and updating our Equality and Diversity Policy and our Equality Scheme to reflect our new Corporate Strategy.

To help us do this, we want to hear about the issues that matter to you most.
